Born and raised in Los Angeles to loving parents who immigrated from the Philippines, Arielle M. G. Noel was shaped early by two beliefs: that identity, community, and purpose are inseparable, and that the most durable things in life are built at the intersection of conviction and calling.

She is the Founding Partner of Goshen Global Group, a faith-forward venture studio and impact advisory firm that partners with founders, family offices, and institutions to build investable companies anchored in strong governance and human-centered leadership. She brings more than fifteen years of experience across healthtech, AI, and emerging technology, primarily advising executive teams from Seed through Series D and stepping into fractional leadership roles during critical seasons of growth and transition.

 

Alongside her husband, she leads TRUTH IN THE WYLD, a ministry built around honest conversation, transformation, and breakthrough. Its signature offering, TRUTH CRCLS™, is a facilitated experience for leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives that uses authentic storytelling to build trust and connection. In a world marked by burnout and disconnection, TRUTH CRCLS™ creates intentional space, in both organizations and communities — to uncover what is true before deciding what is next.

 

Arielle's creative life is its own language. She carries a lifelong devotion to dance and movement alongside a growing practice in visual art and poetry — spaces where she explores what cannot always be spoken out loud. 

 

At the core of her work is a belief that lasting institutions are built when spiritual integrity, disciplined leadership, and creativity are brought into alignment. Her work ultimately seeks to bridge the worlds of enterprise, ministry, and culture — helping leaders build organizations, communities, and lives that are structurally sound, spiritually grounded, and creatively alive.
