ARIELLE NOEL

Arielle Noel is a Los Angeles based Filipina American speaker, ordained minister, and health technology executive whose work centers on helping people heal personally, communally, and systemically. Her perspective is shaped by lived experience at the intersection of leadership, faith, wellness, and innovation, particularly in environments where resilience is expected but support is often absent.

Her leadership has evolved through building and stewarding complex initiatives across healthcare, biofintech, and holistic wellbeing. As a founder and venture partner, Arielle has helped guide high impact organizations through periods of growth, transition, and structural maturation, circulating millions in emerging sectors while maintaining a clear commitment to human dignity and spiritual integrity.

Trained as a wellness practitioner and later ordained as a minister serving Gen Z and Millennial communities, Arielle observed a consistent truth across sectors. Healing does not occur through pressure, performance, or urgency. It happens through safety, honesty, and systems designed to hold people without requiring self erasure.

From this understanding, she developed Truth Circles, a structured and repeatable framework for safe expression designed to support the integration of mind, body, and spirit through shared presence and disciplined dialogue. Her work focuses on building containers where individuals and groups can process burnout, collapse, and transition with clarity, agency, and care.

Across leadership, creativity, and ministry, Arielle’s work bridges the personal and the collective. She is known for translating vision into structure, belief into practice, and calling into sustainable systems that endure beyond any single leader.

Outside of her professional work, Arielle is a daughter, wife, sister, and friend. She restores herself through time in nature, prayer, dance, and music that carries spirit, from bossa nova and amapiano to afro house, meditative soundscapes, and joy filled rhythm.
